Applying facial treatments and make up/ facial waxing for customer.Making sure that the reception, relaxation and treatment rooms are all immaculate, organized and tidy.Making sure that all equipment is properly sanitized and cleaned.Booking clients in for appointments.Being attentative to guests at all times and answering any queries from customers.Assuring the highest standard of customer care and services at all time.Resolving any customer complaints.Giving sales presentations to potential customers. Minimum 2 years experience in aesthetics clinic/ beauty saloonPrior knowledge in aesthetics treatment is an added advantage.Strong interpersonal communication skill.Well groomed with a pleasant personality.A team player and able to multi-task.Able to communicate in Mandarin & English, Bahasa Malaysia.
