We are looking for a passionate and digitally-savvy marketer, experienced in developing, executing, measuring, and optimising campaigns that drive tangible outcomes. This person would be focused on working heavily with an omnichannel marketing platform to manage a series of trigger-based persistent campaigns, as well as tactical campaigns as needed. A logical mindset, an appetite to test-and learn, and the ability to collaborate with numerous stakeholders across multiple departments will be crucial to succeed in this role.

What the role is all about:

Campaign Management

- Liaise with stakeholders across departments, to gather requirements for, and jointly plan omnichannel marketing campaigns including but not limited to: eDMs, app and web pushes, in-app messages, and other personalised touchpoints.
- Proactively ideate and plan for omnichannel marketing campaigns that streamline the consumer (property seekers) experience, and improve ROI for our customers (property developers and agents).

- Serve as the channel manager, keeping track of and organizing all concurrent campaigns. Manage and regulate the campaign calendar to ensure a positive consumer experience.
- Work closely with internal creative teams to design templates and content for these campaigns. Provide guidance to the creative teams to ensure that all approved content is designed for effectiveness.

- Set up approved campaigns, to aligned specs. Continuously monitor campaign progress, and optimise setup or content as needed to ensure delivery of agreed performance goals.

Learning & Application
- Produce and share regular performance reports to ensure stakeholders are kept updated on the progress of their respective initiatives.
- Extract and analyse post campaign performance data, and periodically perform meta analyses across numerous campaigns to establish hypotheses about factors that led to or prevented success. Plan and execute test-and-learn campaigns to validate these hypotheses.

- Ensure future application of validated hypotheses, to constantly improve the omnichannel marketing SOP.

- Continuously monitor the scale, and responsiveness of the total marketing database. Work with cross-functional teams to actively grow, as well as retain and activate users within our database.

Consulting

- Act as the first line of support on matters related to upcoming, current, and past campaigns (marketing automation or omnichannel marketing platform campaigns).
- Work toward establishing self as a subject matter expert for omnichannel marketing, to internal stakeholders.
- Maintain strong knowledge of any technological advancements or best practices in the marketing automation and omnichannel marketing space.

What are we looking for?

- Formal education in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Mass Communications, etc).
- Strong written and communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- At least 3 years’ experience in digital or performance marketing.

- Hands-on, end-to-end experience in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.

- Hands-on experience with omnichannel or email marketing platforms (e.g. Emarsys, Hubspot, GetResponse, Braze, MailChimp, etc).

- Experienced in extracting and analysing raw data, to derive clear and actionable insights.

- Exposed to Regex, and HTML. Able to perform minor troubleshooting or editing.
