The role is to ensure boiler machine always in good condition to operate.
• To maintain, operate boilers and ensure they are in good condition
• To schedule and implement periodic preventive maintenance. To reduce unexpected Boiler down time, to maintain and consistency of Boiler performance, to lengthen the Boiler life span and to avoid lost of production and reduces maintenance cost.
• To carry out minor repair of Boiler whenever Boiler breakdown.
• To make necessarily follow up with contractor for annual boiler inspections by the relevant authority.
• To ensure sufficient quantity of fuel oil available for continuous operation of Boiler. To issue purchase requisition for fuel oil when required.
• To ensure safety, comfortable and clean working area by periodic maintenance of the areas in and surrounding the Boiler House.
• Assist technicians do maintenance work
• Assist with any other tasks as and when assigned by the Management or Superior
• To operate the retort machine as and when retort process is needed.
• To do servicing & maintenance of retort valve in factory
• To Check and service safety valve in factory
• Self-motivated, result oriented and independent couple with right attitude
