Boilerman Grade 2

**Job description**1)Responsible for the maintenance of boiler.2)The maintenance of good combustion and control of fuel feed to maintain working pressure under varying conditions. This should also include the duty of ensuring fuel is of the recommended size suitable for good combustion.3)Ensure safety in the boiler area.4)Contribute and update all data in meter reading log sheet.5)Good knowledge in regulation of boiler operation according to Machinery Act Malaysia and JKKP inspection6)Perform other maintenance duties as and when required.7)Ensure boiler is operated in safe and efficient manner.8)Ensure boiler and its auxiliary equipment are at optimum operating condition.9)Minimize steam supply interruption.10)To conduct 1st level of troubleshooting when boiler and its auxiliary equipment breakdown.11)Contribute and update all data in meter reading log sheet,12)To perform chemical analysis to monitor quality of boiler water and take immediate action when the analysis is out of specification.13)Ensure compliance to Health and Safety procedures as required by FMA or OSHA.14)To operate and maintain the steam boiler to sustain and achieve the required pressure and temperatures respectively15)To oversee the day to day operations of the boiler and configure the boiler to meet the production target.16)Any other duties assigned by the management from time to timeRequirements:1)Minimum: Must possess Boilerman Certificate Grade 2 by DOSH2)At least 2-3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Work in Day working hours only3)Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage.4)Applicants must be willing to work in Sendayan Tech Valley, Jalan Tech Valley 3/15)Experience in manufacturing environment.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Seremban 2: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Deadline: 08/31/2023Expected Start Date: 08/21/2023
