Boilerman

**Responsibilities**:- Operate and monitor the Boiler Station and Engine Room to generate steam for various processes in the palm oil mill, including sterilization of fresh fruit bunches and power generation.- Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of the boiler equipment, water level, fitting, pump etc. to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns.- Adhere to safety protocols, operational procedures, and environmental regulations to maintain a safe working environment and comply with JKKP Standards.- Monitor boiler pressure and steam output to ensure the stability of the boiler.- Monitor and analyze boiler performance indicators, such as steam pressure,temperature, and fuel consumption, to optimize boiler efficiency and identify potential issues.- Diagnose and troubleshoot boiler malfunctions, mechanical failures, and controlsystem issues, and coordinate with maintenance personnel for timely repairs.- Maintain accurate records and logs of boiler operations, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, and safety inspections.- Collaborate with other staff, including operators, engineers, and supervisors, to ensure seamless operations, coordinate maintenance activities, and communicate any issues or concerns.
