Boilerman

Job Responsibilities:Ensure boiler is operated in a safe and efficient manner.
Ensure boiler and its auxiliary equipment are at optimum operating condition.
Conduct 1st level troubleshooting when boiler and its auxiliary equipment breakdown.
Be key participants in AM implementation in the boiler house (e.g., tagging/detagging, CILT, 5S, etc.).
Contribute to and update all data in the meter reading log sheet, monitor water levels of the boiler.
Perform chemical analysis to monitor the quality of boiler water and take immediate action when the analysis is out of specification.
Unload fuel using a shovel from the lorry.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures as required by FMA or OSHA.
Perform periodic maintenance.
Job Requirements:Minimum SPM qualification.
Possess at least Boilerman Grade 1 or 2 certified by DOSH.
Minimum 3 years relevant experience in the operation of a boiler.
Able to work shifts as required.
Responsible and able to work independently.
Good written and verbal communication skills (Malay & English).
