About the roleChopard Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Boutique Manager to lead and oversee the operations of their luxury retail boutique in Kuala Lumpur.
As a full-time position, this role is responsible for driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing a team of retail associates.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding Chopard's prestigious brand image and contributing to the company's growth in the Malaysian market.
What you'll be doing
Manage the day-to-day operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and achieving sales targets
Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clientele
Lead, train, and motivate a team of retail associates to deliver a premium in-store experience
Implement effective merchandising and visual display strategies to showcase Chopard's collections
Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store events and promotions
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal/regulatory requirements
Analyse sales data and provide insights to improve the boutique's performance
What we're looking for
Minimum 4 years of experience in a retail management or boutique leadership role, preferably within the luxury watches or fashion industry
Strong sales acumen and the ability to drive revenue growth through effective merchandising and customer engagement
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead and inspire a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with retail management software
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate in Mandarin an advantage
A passion for the luxury retail industry and a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
