Overview:Bruker offers differentiated, high-value life science and diagnostics systems and solutions in preclinical imaging, clinical phenomics research, proteomics and multiomics, spatial and single-cell biology, functional structural and condensate biology, as well as in clinical microbiology and molecular diagnostics.**Responsibilities**:- You will be responsible with the acceptance and processing of customer orders from home and abroad providing technical and commercial clarification of individual orders, including:- order entering in ERP System according to the Booking Guideline- internal order coordination and order tracking,- Issuing order confirmations, delivery documents and invoices- Communication with Customers (intern and extern)- Creation of export documents for international processing- Billing and payment monitoring- Order processing for demo system- Archiving of all order-related document- Processing of customer and order-specific data for the creation of reportsQualifications:To be successful in this position, you will possess:- Min Bachelor Degree with min 3-5 years experience in order and contract admistration- Familiarity with SOX Compliance- SAP ERP system experience- MS Office Excel experience- Knowledge in CRM, Salesforce- Fluent and abler to write good English
