JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
Advise and oversee the day to day operation of the showroom ensuring that it is efficiently managed in terms of sales performance, budget management and staffing matters.
Review and ensure that approved strategic planning of showroom is carried out on timely basis.
Ensure that training programs for showroom staff are attended as per Training Calendar and to reprimand Head of Department / staff concerned who failed to attend training sessions as scheduled without prior approval / reasonable excuse.
Responsible to review and highlight to management the Monthly Service Standard Performance Review of each showroom according to the Branded Customer Service standard.
Responsible to ensure that inventory stock take are carried out on daily basis with the objective of reducing the security cases at showroom.
Responsible to ensure proper execution of all monetary transaction of all showrooms on daily basis.
Responsible to ensure all relevant report and document particularly finance related matters are submitted on timely basis to the relevant personnel / department.

ADMINISTRATION FUNCTION
Responsible to ensure that showroom staff adhered to the established business hours and abide by the duty roster planned per the low and peak sales period.
Responsible to ensure a systematic and efficient administration of the showroom which, include maintaining a sequenced and organized filling system, accurate documentation, updated customer profile and stock record.
SHOWROOM PERFORMANCE
Responsible to ensure that showroom staff is briefed on their sales target and to monitor their sales performance continuously.
Responsible to review the Monthly Sales Report and highlight to management relevant issues.
MERCHANDISING
Responsible to check, verify and acknowledge products delivered and sent out of the showroom tally with the documentation.
Responsible to ensure that there is sufficient and appropriate merchandise mix in the showroom at all time and proper inventory control is maintained.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
Good Command of verbal and written English
Results driven and strong people management skill
Age between 28 - 40 years old preferred
Ability to speak in other languages will be an added advantage
Must be able to work on shift during weekend and public holiday
QUALIFICATION :
At least a Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / management, Marketing or equivalent.
Those without paper qualification but has working experience as an Assistant Branch Managers or Branch Manager will also be considered.
At least 5 years of working experience in relevant role and function
