Build A Custom Nested Search Function For A Wordpress Catalog Using Woocommerce

We need to create a nested search function for our wordpress site using woocommerce as a catalog.

We require you to:
1) Create a nested search function in woocommerce
2) Organise search results in list form to show a select amount of product fields
3) Organise product page design to be inline with current theme
4) Have in place a batch upload function for products and pictures.
5) Search fields should be easily customizable in the backend
6) Products searchable has to be easily added/editable via admin backend or via CSV upload
