Building Supervisor

Building Supervisor1) To supervise the operation of each management office, staff performance and oversee the operation of each individual building.2) To handle all complaints that feedback from each committees on our staff performance and works in close liaison with the HR department to resolve the issue.3) Liaise with HR department to arrange and organise man power especially on the purpose of being replace staff who on leave.4) Liaise with Legal department to get the proper documents to be served and duly signed and reflect any legal matters faced by site office.5) Cooperate with Account department to make sure that each monthly account was properly done based on the required format.6) To attend and prep for the monthly committee meeting and any Annual/Extra-ordinary General Meeting.7) To make sure all the contractors was in place and coordinated with them when building supervisor is not available.**Salary**: Up to RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay- Performance bonus- Yearly bonusCOVID-19 considerations:YES.
