We are looking for an analytical and process-oriented person that is passionate in the Beauty and Ecommerce industry. In this role you will provide business, customer & sales trend insights to facilitate decision making and be part of a team that drives strategic projects that leads to major business impacts and serve to support business growth.
This is a dynamic role in a fast-paced and growing business where you will work closely with top management of the company, and get extensive regional and cross-functional exposure.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and identify consumer trends to facilitate weekly campaign planning for Beauty
- Prepare reports and analysis on sales and campaign performance
- Using data-driven approach to identify performance gaps and come up with recommendations to drive sales performance
- Part of project team to plan and execute key strategic initiatives to drive Beauty category growth on Zalora
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across departments to ensure the smooth delivery of strategic projects
Requirements:
- 0-2 years working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong interest in the beauty & e-commerce industry. Exposure in e-commerce industry is preferred
- Bachelor in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with analytical mindset
- Experience studying and/or working abroad preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
