Reporting to a Senior Business Analyst, you will present data and business insights to the group of companies and its business leaders.About the Business Analyst (e-commerce) Role:In this business critical role, you will be responsible for business intelligence insights which influence stakeholder decisions.Key Responsibilities: Proactively understand business needs and translate data into insights for business decisions and strategic planning to grow and improve the businessWork with key business stakeholders and data team to develop insights, prepare reports and data visualisation, and assist in predictive models to solve important business problems and capitalise on opportunitiesPerform pricing analysis and deep dive analysis to support business growth, including troubleshooting potential problems, identifying root causes and proposing solutions and improvementsResearch and create detailed business proposals; outlining problems and opportunities, perform in-depth analysis and provide recommendations to management for decision making purposesDefine, implement, and monitor data-driven key performance indicators for the business, including any new initiatives or campaignsManage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process; coordinate and collate inputs from various budget owners and perform monthly review and variance analysis against actual resultsPrepare and assist in ad hoc reports and presentation decks for management as deliverables to key stakeholders and investors To succeed in this Business Analyst (e-commerce) role, you will need to have strong business acumen.Key Requirements: At least a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting/Mathematics/Actuarial ScienceMinimum of two years' work experience in a finance/market research related roleStrong business acumenFlexible, adaptable, analytical and result oriented.
