Business Analyst

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for preparing the logical design of a web application. This includes analyzing the user and business requirements and developing solution design to address these requirements. The BA will create the logical design which will include the user stories, workflows, and process flows to ensure that the web application meets the needs of the customer. The BA will also analyze the current system and recommend changes to improve the customer experience.
Responsibilities: Study and analyze user and business requirements to develop logical designs for the web applicationWrite user stories, workflows, and process flows of the solution.Create wireframe / mockups of the design's user interface to illustrate the intended look and flow of the designCollaborate with our software engineers and QAs for any clarifications or found gaps in the design during implementationCollaborate with the operations team who facilitates the operations with our users in further understanding and analyzing the provided user requirementsAnalyze the current system and recommend changes to improve the customer experience Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Software Analysis and DesignBasic knowledge of Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERD) and relational database designRelevant knowledge in web application design, including UI/UX principles and industry best practices/standardsExperience with Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) is a plus
