Business / Clinical Data Analyst

**Requirements**1. Minimum Degree in Business Analytics / Data Analytics or equivalent professional qualifications.2. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.3. Strong knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing datasets (Excel etc).4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.5. Proactive and able to work independently with minimum supervision.6. Good interpersonal, written and communication skills.7. Critical thinking and problems solving skills.**Responsibilities**1. Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.2. Gathering critical information from various stakeholders and producing useful reports.3. Perform month-end, quarter and end-year close activities and reports, coordinate with Marketing Team, finance and nonfinance function to ensure smooth, timely, accurate closure data produced.4. Working closely with stakeholders and managerial staff in reviewing the ongoing business processes and developing optimization strategies.5. Perform variance analysis and investigate unusual fluctuations6. Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.7. Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.8. Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.9. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.10. Communicating with internal and external stakeholders and conducting interviews as necessary to understand current practices and determine possible areas for improvement.11. Perform variance analysis, assist in defining new sources of relevant data and investigate unusual fluctuations and Conduct in-depth data analysis, using spreadsheets or more specialized tools.12.
