Business Development Cum Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: Support the Business Development / Marketing Manager in all aspects of the job functions including advertising & promotion activities to build the company?s business.
Assist in development and implementation of appropriate marketing and sales strategies to achieve sales target for the local and global business.
Assist in planning, development and execution of marketing communications and advertising and promotions activities; as well as in the development of marketing collaterals.
Assist in management of distributors and work closely with distributors on the execution of marketing plans and advertising & promotions activities to achieve business growth.
To explore business development opportunities for the company with respect to markets and market driving innovations.
To seek business opportunities for the company through new business ideas and creative business strategies for potential customers.
To take lead and assist in the development and maintenance of e-resources such as social media, websites as well as e-commerce.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess Degree or Diploma in Business / Marketing or any other related discipline.
Required Language(s): Both written and spoken Mandarin is a must to handle China based customers in addition to English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Experience in e-commerce, healthcare / FMCG industries and export marketing will be an added advantage.
Must be independent, confident, resourceful, good interpersonal and communication skills.
Possesses good presentation and public speaking skills.
Be able to multi-task, possess high level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in matters.
Required Skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office ? Word/Excel.
Must possess valid travel documents (passport) and be willing to travel.
