-Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for IT Enterprise products and services.-Identify and pursue potential sales leads via activities such as customer visitation, sales pitching and sales training to partners.-Assist Multimedia Team in all marketing related efforts of the company (e.g. advertising, promotion of products, digital marketing activities, etc.)-Adhering to the company’s digital brand standards, manage and create content, optimize for SEO/SEM and manage analytics for the company’s digital-marketing related activities including website UI/UX, social media platforms, microsites and other digital marketing campaigns-Provide necessary support to the sales department via communicating, coordinating and executing sales and marketing objectives as part of the company's synergized sales and marketing efforts.-Responsible for lead – generation activities such as special events, online and offline promotions, advertisement and social media marketing.-Develop a comprehensive strategy for social media platforms to generate inbound leads that are aligned and consistent with the company and our principals overall go-to-market strategies-Perform tracking and analysing our website traffic and conversion rates, and to provide regular internal reports on visitor activities to improve website and lead capturing conversions.-Responsible for the development, implementation and fulfilment of creative marketing strategies and marketing budgets that will make an impact, support the brand and drive online traffic and sales.-Responsible for communication materials with the customers and prospects, which includes email blast, e-newsletters, product updates, webinars and digital contents.-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate. Diploma/Professional Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.-Preferably senior executive with at least 3-4 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.-Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented and able to work as a team.-Must be able to manage challenges in a positive manner.-Good command of English, Mandarin/Cantonese and Bahasa Malaysia.-Well organized and aggressive.-Strong analytical skill.-Easily adaptable to fast-paced environment-High integrity and respect for others.
