Business Development Executive/Hr

Position: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE cum HR
We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with a passion for recruitment to join our business development team. If you’re able to prove yourself, you will also have opportunities to lead a team.
-Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
-Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
-Establish and maintain strong relationship and network
-Discovers and explores business opportunities
-Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
-Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
-Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
-Developing growth strategies and plans
-Supports organization by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program
-Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of advisors work results
-Retains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
-Manages human resource department by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training new advisor
-Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.-
