**Job Scope**- Attend and report for daily meeting.- Updating sales report on daily basis.- Constantly follow-up with client's enquiries.- Compiling and preparing sales forecast for Finance & Management review on quarterly basis.- Developing quotes and proposals (services) according to the needs of the clients.- Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers.- Actively identifying new sales leads and potential market.- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.- Plan and prepare business presentations.- Negotiate and close business deals with clients.- Meet and exceed targets for revenue activities, customer acquisition, profit margin, and general growth of the company.- Prepare contracts and bids for the company.- Any other duties assigned by superior or Management.**Responsibility & Accountability**- Responsible to execute business development strategies in increasing publications exposure and awareness in the market.- Network with individuals and businesses to generate and identify business opportunities.- Stay abreast global market information, research competition information.- Responsible for promoting and carrying out sales activities.- To proactively build existing business and generate new business opportunities.- Develops marketing strategies for the market to ensure attainment of Company's sales goal and profitability.**Qualification Required**- Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent.- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience.- Prefer with good experience in Sales & Business Development.- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.- Computer literate.**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parking- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay
