Business Development Executive (Kuala Terengganu)

**Business Development**- Guide, monitor and supervise stores/ outlets for their daily operation.- Continuously review network performance and identifying improvement opportunities.- Responsible for region franchisee/ stores/ outlets in evaluate their business performance, transfer, merger, and etc.- Responsible for filing and updating the store's information and file management.- Responsible for the enlarge the network coverage of region.- Responsible for the quality management of stores.- Responsible for standardize the operation process of the outlets, and implementing training in accordance with the relevant standards of HQ.- Responsible for solving and collecting the operation feedback of the stores.- Responsible for reporting and solving emergencies such as overload parcel, abnormal withdrawal in the store/region.- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by immediate superior from time to time.**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**- 1-2 years WORKING EXPERIENCE **(LOGISTICS BACKGROUND)** or any relevant experience.- Fresh graduate welcome to apply.- Basic knowledge in IT and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Good interpersonal skills, management skills.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Commission pay- Performance bonus**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business development: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)
