Business Development Manager

Responsible for building business in online trading market through gaining new customers and accounts social media / Linkedin or others.- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with all clients for their retention and future prospects.- Providing management with market feedback.- Meeting with clients re-assuring them of the company product.- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business for existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth.- Analyze marketing trends and tracking competitors, activities and providing valuable inputs for fine tuning operation & marketing strategies.- Search for projects (potential partners) through various approaches such as social networks, messengers, website or etc.- Conducting business meetings presentation as well as live communication with potential partners.Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree in related fields- At least 2 years experience within the industry in a similar role- Fluency in English. An additional language will be considered an advantage- Well-developed interpersonal skills.- Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills.- Strong selling skills.- Trustworthiness and discretion when handling confidential information.- Possess strong organizational, leadership and interpersonal management skills.- Strong planning, forecasting, problem-solving and analytical skills.Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per monthSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Commission pay**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- Bahasa (preferred)
