Your Adventure AheadIdentify, evaluate, and onboard key merchant partners to align with the company's strategic objectives.
Analyze internal and external market trends to uncover opportunities for business growth.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with merchant partners.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve commercial goals.
Develop and present exposure packages to partners to maximize their business potential.
Oversee and manage end-to-end merchant operations, ensuring seamless execution.
Stay informed about e-commerce consumer trends and strategize campaigns to drive business growth.
Ideate, plan, and execute partner campaigns to enhance engagement and revenue.
Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven mindset to achieve business success metrics within set timelines.
Essentials to Succeed3-5 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships.
Experience in eCommerce is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management skills to drive impactful results.
Deep understanding of Malaysia's eCommerce landscape and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence in engaging mid-to-senior-level stakeholders.
Proactively seek new opportunities to expand and enhance merchant relationships.
Ability to think creatively and strategically in merchant acquisition and management.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to excel.
A problem-solver with a passion for delivering innovative solutions.
Proficiency in Excel and data analytics is essential.
