Business Development Manager, PLM (Mobile)Key Qualifications:
Preferably a degree holder in Business, Accounting, Banking, Finance, Economics, or other related disciplines.
Able to work in a high-pressure environment as well as in a team.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, energetic, result-oriented, and possess good business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance market share through new customer acquisitions and/or existing PLM portfolio.
Manage/monitor accounts until disbursement; thereafter hand over the file management to Portfolio Manager at Commercial Banking Business Centre or Central Processing Hub.
Grow SME portfolio and assets through Program Lending.
Cross-sell the Bank and Group products and services.
Grow SME deposits.
Refer non-PLM cases to Commercial Banking Business Centre.
Ensure compliance with conditions precedent.
Maintain PLM asset quality within acceptable thresholds.
