Business HR Partner Job Description - Provide HR Leadership for Kulim ATM (Assembly Test Manufacturing) business , working with the HR Business Partners (HRBP) in Kulim to plan, lead and execute the site HR strategies .
- Partners closely with HRBP, business leaders and employees in the forming and deploying of company policies based on business needs.
- Partner with leaders in development of HR solutions through strong HR acumen, local practice and market intelligence.
- Champion the end to end talent management for the Site includes attracting , developing, retaining talent strategies.
- Responsible for the HR issues by working with employees and managers to address root cause & finding path for the resolutions.
- Actively involves in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g, Diversity & Inclusion, salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, org change etc)
- Proactively use data analysis and sensing activities to identify themes and make proactive recommendations for improvement.
- Partner with COEs to create and implement needed Site HR strategies
- Apply PM and change management processes to plans & priorities.

Qualifications

- Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
- 12-15 years Related Business HR partnering experience in MNC environment
- Willing to be based out of Kulim.
