The Business Process Executive role is a Regional role, focused on implementing business processes across all markets. The business process executive will support internal ShopBack users including (Business Development, Operations and Finance) with process implementation and automation to support scale.
Process Definition

Design and Document Shopback Business Processes, to ensure requirements from all internal stakeholders are met.
Manage Salesforce roadmap in alignment with business needs.
Identify and prioritize backlogs of feature requests from the business
Monitor and manage releases and bug fixes
Process Deployment

Work closely with product and engineering teams to integrate third parties solutions with our proprietary backend systems.
Train users and drive adoption for the processes released.
Develop validation rules to ensure that the process followed by teams across the region.
Conduct user acceptance tests and work with key stakeholders on adoption of new processes.
Business Analysis

Conduct time trials to benchmark the efficiency of current processes
Measure the impact of new processes and measure the productivity improvement metrics
Ensure data integrity for all business processes within third parties solutions
Support stakeholders to monitor business metrics through the creation of reports and dashboards
Requirements

Exceptional communication skills.
Qualifications includeSalesforce Administrator certificationalong with a diploma/ Bachelor's Degree.
Min. 2 - 4 years of working experience in the related field
Patient, ability to listen and understand stakeholder concerns.
Problem solver, ability to break down a business use case into a series of actionable steps.
Influential and motivating when collaborating with stakeholders and driving user adoption.
Solution focused. For a single set of requirements, there could be several solutions. The Business Process Executive should narrow down the solutions keeping in mind the business goals, user experience and company priorities.
Project management skills to manage pipeline, deadlines, prioritization and process
