Core responsibilities for CEnS members are to identify, drive, formulate and execute to optimal business processes and solutions for SMG business transformation and operation excellence, including:- Plans/manages programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals as set by the organization- Anticipate the evolving business needs of the organization and external business environments to derive support strategy and roadmap in a proactive and continuous manner by liaising among regional and headquarter stakeholders- Develop and ratify overall implementation plan with stakeholders and management- Lead overall execution to ratified roadmap with all interdependencies considered- Mitigate risks and recommend actions during the full course of project/program- Provide holistic communication across all roadmap items on status, results and indicators to stakeholders- Analyze and drive for continuous improvements to achieve OpX**Qualifications**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- You should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field- 4+ years experience in project management- 4+ years experience in order to cash process areas**Preferred Qualifications**:- Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus- Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing- Having good hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution- Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD) is a plus.- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and associated SAP solutions.- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project dynamics.- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and results-driven decision-making.- Fluent English is a pre-requisite.
