Job Responsibilities:
To build and maintain good relationship between company and merchant & business partners in order to create better business opportunity
Coordinate in expand credit sales business via new products category financing merchants network.
Support in forming business alliances with business partners in creating mutual benefits
Carry out necessary improvement plan to increase merchant?s active ratio
Support products development and branding
Initiate, discuss and negotiate with key business partners for business collaboration, campaign/ promotion.
To conduct marketing survey in order to gather relevant information such as market trend, competitor activities and customer behavior
To handle merchant/ customer complaint and feedback to management in order to stay competitive
Responsible for reviewing financial information pertinent to potential customers.
Ensure compliance with all internal controls and established policies and procedure
Performs other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Finance, Banking, Business Studies, Administration or equivalent
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent
Required Language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia & English
Capability in speaking Mandarin & Japanese will be an advantage
Experienced in Microsoft Office application including Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills
Good working attitude, passionate, energetic and customer oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, training will be provided.?Shortlisted candidate will undergo a 3-months training at our Headquarters in Medan Tuanku, Kuala Lumpur.
