Corporate Real Estate (CRE) are responsible for managing the organization’s property portfolio which covers more than 50 million square feet in around 60 countries and territories. Our buildings are used by over 235,000 colleagues who support around 40 million customers worldwide.
Working closely with the Global Businesses, Global Functions, customers and colleagues, CRE is responsible for planning, devising and delivering the best-in-class offices, facilities and workplaces - supporting the business needs and operational effectiveness goals of the organization.
Global Business & Functions are recharged for the space they occupy in each geography. This role will work closely with the Regional Recharges team on all operational aspects of CRE recharges.
Primary responsibilities for this role includes :-
A - CRE Recharges
Provide direct support to
Regional Recharges Manager, ASP
in monthly billing cycle, including compiling the monthly data sets for submission to Billing Team Preparing commentary on variance by business for each country, logging issues & errors, preparation & submission of adjustments, and all related activities Review monthly recharge data Prepare monthly consumption statement & participate in discussions with Global Business & Functions Provide support in CRE Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Rate Setting exercise & Mid-Year Review Fully understand CRE Recharges process & methodology and assist
Regional Recharges Manager, ASP
to conduct briefing to stakeholders Assist in providing data to support all Business Partnering activities
B – Regional Recharges Service Desk
Undertake the following duties pursuant of delivering the Regional Recharges Service desk function:
Provide day-to-day management of the Service Desk Provide support for queries relating to CRE from all queries platform Maintain a log of all Recharges (related) enquiries from Global Businesses & Functions and report status for each query Coordinate efforts with all relevant stakeholders and collate the information to address queries Assess and answer Recharges related queries to the satisfaction of the enquiring parties/stakeholders Undertake Customer Satisfaction surveys to determine performance
C - Data Administration / Governance
Provide CRE team with updates on matters of data quality and integrity for monthly recharges or business partnering activities Work with the Regional Recharges Manager, ASP to provide reports on matters related to Recharges
Educated to graduate degree level in business management related field or associated relevant business experience
Minimum 5 years of working experience in roles with exposure to budgeting, financial reporting, financial analysis or business support.
Preferably with prior experience in banking and financial services, ideally within a global organization.
Previous background of working in a matrix organization structure Strong financial acumen and proven ability in financial and analytical reasoning, including being able to contextualize financial data into business activities and conclusions
Strong organizational and analytical skill High level of personal drive and motivation to ensure delivery of a broad range of outputs simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work within a matrix management structure and build and maintain regional team relationships.
Ability to authentically engage with team, colleagues and business partners to deliver at pace. Helpdesk experience is preferred but not mandatory
Possess advance MS Excel skills and are able to independently develop dataset linking unique data from multiple sources.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, preferably with ability to communicate in Mandarin / Cantonese
