Job Description Main Task 1. RFQ Management 2. Sourcing activities and coordination of tender activities
3. Administrative work
4. Any ad-hoc that required by management
Responsibilities
RFQ Management ? Processing RFQ process within the timeline given.
Coordinate between Plant Operation users and Suppliers to ensure tasks / deliveries? are completed on schedule.
Support for sourcing and cost saving activities.
Support procurement data management which includes contracts uploading, generation of monthly reports, supplier?s profiling and tender forms filing.
Ensure adherence and compliance to procurement processes and policies all times.
Qualification
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Study / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent
Minimum 2 to 3 year?s working experience in a manufacturing environment or?related field which is required for this position.
Loves interacting with people with a strong sense of customer service.
Good planning and organizing ability.
High sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize to meet required deadlines.
High level of integrity and honesty.
Strong computer skills relating to Microsoft Office applications
