Conducting research on potential products, vendors, and services, and comparing price and quality to ensure the best dealMonitoring inventory and preparing as well as reviewing Purchase order to refill stockLiaising with delivery and warehouse teams to ensure goods are received on timeInspecting purchased products upon delivery and reporting any issues timelyMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesWriting reports on purchases made and performing cost analysesMeeting with vendors and clients to negotiate the best contractMaintains professional relationships with key vendorsAttending and contributing to meetings with staff and other stakeholdersPerforms other related duties as assigned**Requirement**:At least 3 years of experience in related fieldDiploma or bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or equivalentProficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP management systemsStrong organizational and negotiation skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, including verbal and written communication in English & Bahasa MalaysiaAscentec Engineering Malaysia is a world class CNC manufacturing facility serving both international and domestic markets.
