Cafe Crew

**Requirements**:Internship students/fresh graduate are encourage to apply- Able to working in shifts- Able to speak mandarin- Local Malaysian only**Responsibilities**:Service Crew- Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu.- Input orders into a point-of-sale system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required.- Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any interpersonal issues as needed.- Handle guests' concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems according to cafe restaurant policy.- Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing a uniform and adhering to a corporate dress code.- Great communication skills- A happy, friendly personality- Customer service skills and knowledge- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes- Team player qualitiesKitchen Crew- Measures, mixes, and prepares meal ingredients, sauces, and seasonings.- Preparing meal ingredients, which includes seasoning of different meats as well as washing, peeling, and chopping vegetables and fruits.- Receiving deliveries and verifying that all ordered items have been delivered and are of good quality.- Plating and presenting meal items under the supervision by kitchen superior.- Discarding all expired and spoiled food items stored in the stock rooms, refrigerators, and freezers with adheres to sanitation policies.- Cleaning, stocking, sanitizing and maintaining the kitchen.- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.- Following all food health and safety regulations and display exceptional organizational skills to ensure the timely completion of kitchen duties.- Packing take-out orders as needed.- Adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas and processes- Team player qualities**Benefits**:- EPF- SOCSO- EIS- Attendance AllowanceAdditional Benefits- Accommodation Provided
