-Receiving calls and emails from customers and clients, e.g. queries, requests, orders and complaints -Replying enquiries from the social media platform-Managing the daily running of the call center, including sourcing equipment, effective resource planning and implementing call center strategies and operations-Ensuring all relevant communications, records and data are updated and recorded-Advising clients on products and services available-Monitoring random calls to improve quality, minimize errors and track operative performance-Schedule treatment appointments on customers' behalf-Address clients' feedbacks efficiently -Build rapport and establish good relationships with clients to ensure customer retention-Handle and resolve more complex customers’ complaints and technical issues
