Car Park Attendant Setia City Mall If you are looking for an exciting role that works closely with a dynamic team and offers growth opportunities, this is the role for you.

Car Park Attendant will be based in Setia City Mall. Reporting to the security manager, your duties include but to limited to the following:
To provide customer service assistance and value added services to customers and patrons.

To provide training and guidance to peers and colleagues on the aspect of car park management and security of the car park.

To understand the company Global Minimum Requirements (GMR) and other safety policies and ensure that the car park is in compliance with the GMR policy.

To be responsible for cash collection and replenishment of tickets in the machines.

To conduct hourly inspection of auto pay machines, ticket dispensers, and surrounding car park areas.

To prepare daily and weekly cash collection reports.

To report suspicious or fraudulent activities related to car park operations.

To monitor the car park CCTV and report any suspicious activities.

To report any faulty equipment immediately to the Facility Manager.

To communicate and build rapport with the maintenance and security department.

To handle season pass enquiries and issuance of passes and receipts.

To attend to customer complaints and inquiries.

To attend to any other task requested by the Facility Manager as and when required.

Minimum SPM qualification and 2 years experience in a similar capacity is required for this role. Must be a good team player with problem-solving efficiency and interpersonal skill. Able to perform 8 hours rotating shift and12 hours when required.
