Concentra Bank, proud to be one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies for 18 consecutive years, is seeking an experienced Human Resources administrator in the temporary role of People Office Administrator to join our People Office team.
The Role Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Programs & Culture this 12 month temporary position will focus on taking current administrative processes to the next level by supporting and leading automation efforts within the department. The successful individual will have a desire to research new concepts and best practices, and the technical savvy to execute automation solutions to find efficiencies.

This position may work out of any one of our corporate offices across Canada (Surrey, Regina, Saskatoon, Toronto), or also has the flexibility to work remotely from a home office work environment.
Knowledge & Skills
Comprehensive computer skills to initiate and support the development of automation solutions; including Microsoft Office Suite products with advanced Excel experience, and the ability to work within a Human Resources Information System
Working knowledge of human resources best practices and applicable legislation
Strong organizational skills, to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
Team orientated with the ability to work independently
Passionate about providing a great customer experience whether with internal stakeholders or external customers
Willingness to step in and help team members with administrative tasks
Desire to challenge the status quo to identify ways of streamlining processes

Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or HR coordination role
Completion of or enrollment in a post-secondary education program in business with a focus on human resources or a comparable combination of experience and education.
Previous experience in a technology, analytics, or project oriented role would be considered a definite asset
