Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Serving food to customers at counter.
Ascertaining the products desired by customers, assist them in making choices and taking orders.
Informs customers about the special items for the day and menu changes if any.
Performing basic claening tasks as needed or directed by outlet supervisor.
Receiving payment for food items purchased.
Communicate to the customers and provide assistance with their queries.
Promptly respond to guest with any additional request.
Filling in for absent staff as needed.
Adhere to grooming and appearance standards consistently.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.
Prior working experience will be an added advantage.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
Excellent hands-on skills with eye for details.
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude and responsible character.
Pleasant personality with focus on excellence in customer service.
Possess self-confidence and be able to actively interact with all relevant parties.
