Handles daily operation and other duties including opening and closing of retail outlet, cash handling, restocking, administration and stock receipt report.
Provide excellent customer service, product knowledge assistance and recommend initiatives to build a loyal customer base.
Ensure daily retail operations are running smoothly.
Ensure the retail outlet consistently maintains the highest standard of store image and the optimum levels of merchandise.
Ensure customer complaints are handled according to Company standards.
Job RequirementsMust possess at least secondary school/SPM/"O" level or any field.
Good communication skills, dynamic, articulate, enthusiastic and pleasant personality, committed to providing excellent customer service.
Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English, Chinese.
At least 2 years of working experience in Sales - Retail/General.
Must be willing to work in Jalan 51A/225, Petaling Jaya or Hicom Glenmarie, Shah Alam.
Must be able to workMonday - Saturday.
