Cashier

Responsibilities:- Greet customers when entering or leaving the establishment- Handle cash, credit, QR-pay, or online transactions with customers- Ensure invoice pricing is correct- Issue change, receipts, or gate pass- Cash desk invoice in SAP- Redeem Free Service Coupon, E-Service Voucher, & Sales Campaign Voucher- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change- Sell, receive payment & provide customers the information regarding merchandise items- Bag items carefully- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas- Keep reports of transactions- Answer customers' questions and get an executive or manager if the answer doesn't solve the issue- Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction**Requirements**:- SPM holder (minimum B in BM, English, Math). Diploma in any field is an added advantage.- Minimum 1 year experience- Have a good personality- Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written- Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethics, and integrity- Able to multi-task, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated- Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision- Able to start work immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract**Salary**: From RM1,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insuranceSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Nilai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
