CCG Public Sector Program Manager Job Description The Intel Dynamic Workforce (DWF) program is responsible for influencing and advocating Intel based products and solutions in the PC segment with a major focus on Public Sector through an agency-led model. The program's goal is to influence Government and Education accounts with a specific focus on SE Asia to win on Intel Architecture. Another key focus area is on working with partners especially SIs, value added resellers and OEM manufacturers to ensure they are aligned to Intel's strategy.
The program manager will take over the existing operations of an established team including sales performance tracking, marketing activity, contract management, reporting, facilitation of training and enabling of agency staff. They will play a key role in defining the future of the DWF program. This role will also have specific responsibility for activity and performance within Malaysia, including customer and partner activity. The program manager reports into the Regional Sales lead for SE Asia and would work closely with the in-country agency staff, in-country sales teams, Marketing, Procurement and Pre-Sales functions.
This position is ideal for someone earlier in career, ideally post MBA, looking for a challenging but rewarding role. It will provide great exposure working across multiple operational and sales functions within a Blue Chip company. It will also give experience working with OEM and channel partners as well as end customers.
Qualifications
MBA graduate
3-5 years work experience
Based in KL Project or program management experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Proficient in Salesforce, MS PowerPoint and Excel
Highly desirable:
Public Sector sales experience
Managed relationships with senior officials and executives within Public Sector
Commercial PC sales experience
Familiarity with local OEM and SI ecosystem relevant to Public Sector
