Change Management And Communication Specialist

Job Description PRIMARY OBJECTIVE Change Management Assess change impact - Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
Assist in building a structured change methodology
Assist in executing the change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
Support training efforts - Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
Communication
Owns overall execution of communication events and culture initiatives, associated timeline, and ensure high-quality deliverables
Manage communications, contents etc- Provides creative approaches and instructional
Methodologies for content creation and artwork.
Liaise with Squads and relevant business units for internal marketing plans and execution
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications for change management initiatives
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Set overall timeline, milestones and deliverables for change management and communication events initiatives
Set weekly goals/key deliverables, prioritise tasks and oversee the day-to-day running of Change and culture
Oversee the tasks performed on change and comms, striking deep understanding of the weekly objectives and key messages, as well as have a high level visibility on all communication materials
Advise both communication content , culture activities for digital squads
Liaise with BU (specific interaction for each communication, events and change initiatives)
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent.
Min. 3 years experience working in Change and/or in communications office (corporate or external)
Understand key messages required in each communications event and the drive behind each culture and change initiative
PMO experience to ensure on time delivery and project milestones
Execution experience for creative communication & culture change events; a hands-on person who knows how to get things done
Familiar with various tools used for develop digital communication (e.g. Adobe, movie maker etc)
Change Management ? experience in assisting and working in a structured change management methodology
