ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a dynamic lead generation plan, consistently achieving or surpassing monthly and annual targets.
Drive new account development, engaging with key decision makers and assessing client needs to deliver innovative solutions.
Strategically organize and schedule sales activities, including exiting marketing initiatives to boost promotions.
Regularly follow up with prospects to swiftly close deals, actively listening to understand their needs and budgets to recommend the perfect product or package.

Continuously refine and enhance your skills to drive business growth and exceed targets.
Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in business , Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience in the related field.
Proven sales experiencewith a successful track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with excellent presentation abilities.
Self-motivatedandable to take initiative while working independently .
Proficiency in CRM Softwareand other sales tools; ability to speak and understand Chinese is a plus.
Fresh graduatesare encouraged to apply.
