Job Description:

We are looking for a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Celcom Axiata Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat support channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services- Resolve customer complaints and escalations to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service quality- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies

Requirements:- Passionate and motivated about providing exceptional customer service- Strong people management and analysis skills- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in using chat support software and systems
