Job Description Welcome to the first step of entering Asia's most innovative food tech company. FUBIZO is the only food marketing + product development/innovation + branding company that focuses on the whole food experience. Meaning, we research the market for top food trends, help our client develop an innovative product, help manufacture the product in the manufacturing plant and then help with branding too (package design + marketing materials + flyers). Our clients range from startups, to national to international food organisations and we consistency strive at helping them give their consumers the best foods to experience.

This role will focus a lot on product development from idea to prototype. While we're focused on packaged foods products that are branded and sent all over the world, we believe it all starts in the kitchen in YOUR hands! The magic starts with you and we need food magicians! How certain ingredients affect the end product and how to enhance foods and beverages. You'll need to be a creative thinker that is able to challenge the status quo and find a solution to interesting problems with the guidance of our experienced food scientist. You make the art, and our food scientists makes it science! When there are certain ingredients required, you'll also need to source for ingredients and arrange for sample to be sent. We have a commercial kitchen, full scale lab and pilot plant for our product development team and design studio for the business development team. The main product categories we focus on are beverages, snacks, dairy goods, meat products and condiments (seasoning, sauces, curry paste). Your job would not be the same and everyday will be exciting!

General Job Scope:

Day to day setup, clean up and sanitation of premises
Maintain a log of all activities conducted and accounts
Provide a brief summary of daily activities by the end of every working day
To assist in the development of prototype, modifications and experimentation of products.
Maintain an inventory log and proactively order ingredients as required
To plan and help in production of products to be sold and prepare equipments as necessary

Expected Skills:

Creative Cook and able to make fusion cuisine
Able to Connect the Dots between Lifestyle and Cuisines
Analytical Thinking Skills where the candidate would be able troubleshoot issues
Detailed Oriented which is important for prototype development
Someone who can challenge the limits of the current wisdom and know hows
Having a hardworking and learning attitude to explore and who is a quick learner
Ability to work independently and in a group
Able to juggle multiple projects at a time and mange time wisely
Integrity, keeping healthy and hygienic is a MUST
Knowledge in International Cuisines

Basic Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Culinary Arts, Chef Training or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Required Skill(s): Culinary, Food Preparation, Baking, Beverage Preparation, Mixologist, Sauce
Preferably Final Year Culinary Arts Student but others are welcomed to apply as well
Diploma/ Degree Students are welcomed to apply
