Chef (Local / Fusion / Weather)

We are looking for chefs with at least five (05) years of cooking experience to join our team to prepare delicious Western and Asian cuisine for our customers.

The chef’s duties include setting menus and preparing high quality dishes. You should be able to work under pressure and be sure to prepare meals in a timely manner. In addition, you should be familiar with health regulations.
It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
Previous kitchen experience in similar role
Advanced food hygiene
Knowledge of current market trends
Ensure high standards of food preparation, quality and consistency
Follow proper Kitchen Standard Operating Procedures
Demonstrate appropriate taste quality, stock rotations & portion control
Assist in inventory checks and daily ordering
Maintain kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and safety
Ensure day to day operations function efficiently and smoothly.
