Chief Marketing OfficerCrowe Malaysia PLT is a rapidly growing luxury retail company listed on the main board of Bursa.
We are seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our dynamic leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:Create and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the group's business goals and aspirations.
Establish the company's marketing strategies and brand building across all channels, in collaboration with Retail Brand Managers and Business Heads.
Design and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the Group's brands, products, and services.
Manage marketing budgets and coordinate marketing operations to achieve organizational goals.
Create a structure for the marketing department and hire a team of marketeers to execute the marketing strategy.
Collaborate with top management to ensure the marketing function contributes to the company's vision and growth aspirations.
Enhance the Group's Corporate brand and Product brands, focusing on driving brand awareness among younger generations.
Develop and manage Public Relations strategies to gain media coverage and further brand awareness efforts.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience.
A Master's degree is a plus, though not required.
Expert-level industry knowledge and competitors' intelligence knowledge.
In-depth understanding and working knowledge of key marketing systems and platforms.
Demonstrate leadership and implementation experience through effective marketing initiatives, collaborations, campaigns, etc.
