Job Scope Establishing technical vision leading all aspects of technology through development and deployment of technology Directs the company s strategic direction development and future growth Lead and support the group s technology teams including the research development and technical support team Identify technology trends and evolving social behavior that may support or impede the success of the business Provides technical proposal and technology solutions for the company s customers and business partners Works collaboratively with other department heads such as marketing production and operations as an advisor of technologies that may improve their efficiency and effectiveness Collaborate with the appropriate departments to assess and recommend technologies that support company organizational needs Identification of competitive services opportunities for innovation Direct development and execution of an enterprise wide information security plan that protects the confidentiality integrity and availability of the company 39 s data and servers Provide visible leadership within the Technology Community Ensure that technology standards and best practices are maintained across the organization Partner with business and development resources to support core projects Conducts research and case studies on leading edge technologies and makes determinations on the probability of implementation Acts as a good steward of the company resources and ensures control of IT departmental budgets Develop the group s information security framework and ensure its execution and compliance Participate as a member of the senior management team in establishing governance processes of direction and control to ensure that objectives are achieved risks are managed appropriately and the organization s resources are used responsibly particularly in the areas of software development office networks and computers and telecommunications Job Requirements Minimum 5 years experience in system development and 3 years in business analysis and project leadership role Experience in leading the company s technical development and support team of minimum 10 persons Strong technical skills with proven experience in the following technology areas o Open Source Technology LAMP Stack Linux PHP MySQL developmento J2EE Development Frameworko Database design management and optimizationo Cloud server setup management and optimization Experience in IT Security and network configuration Experience in e commerce and Android IOS mobile system development is added advantage Good in project management solution proposal presentation and resource planning Demonstrate high leadership quality e g dynamic thinking responsible reliable dedicated fast learner resourceful well planning and ability to lead Ability to communicate well in English Passionate in e commerce mobile application and social media technology development Degree Master Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related disciplinesMust have skill J2EE Java Linux PHP Project management
