Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk

We prioritise customer experience, so this role is vital to represent as the initial point of contact for our practice members, making a positive, friendly and professional attitude absolutely necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering phone calls and all incoming enquiries on all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger)
Provide information on our services when and where required
Scheduling and setting up appointments
Manage all payments
Responsible for cleanliness and tidiness of the office
Office sundry supplies and upkeep
Opening and closing of the office
Attend provided trainings
Handling young children where required
Any other reasonable tasks or activities the practice requires
Expected hours 20-30 hours per week
QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Fluent in verbal and written English and BM, Mandarin an advantage
Good communication and people skills
Ability to multitask
Willing to be trained
Previous experience in a customer service/customer facing role is a plus
