City Manager

Key Responsibilities- Develop operation strategies and monitoring operations plans- Advising project risks and issues and their solutions- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings- Coordinate with HQ team the execution of the operation in the city.- Preparation of presentations and demonstration materials in preparation for internal and client presentations- Leading & supervising the operations in Penang- Providing leadership and guidance to the teamKey Requirements:**Requirements**:- Degree in Business Studies, Project Management, Marketing, Industrial or related- Minimum 3 years experience in project coordination or management in e-commerce- Work in a highly dynamic environment with good time management and multitasking- Ability to work with no supervision, demonstrated flexibility, accountability, initiative and self-motivation to identify and execute tasks.- Resourceful, independent, teamwork, results oriented characteristics- Fluent in English and local languages- Great communication skills
