Claim Advisor

1. To plan, coordinate the receiving of Body & Paint customers in line with the established Honda Malaysia standard guideline and business processes. 2. To perform accurate repair estimates for both insurance and cash paying customers. 3. To liaise and negotiate effectively with insurance adjusters and insurance person-in-charge. 4. To ensure all documents are complete before releasing the vehicle to the customers. 5. To do final invoice for cash repairs and insurance cases and send the invoice to insurance companies 6. To do supplementary claims where needed. 7. To ensure Discharge Voucher (DV) to be signed by the insured before the vehicle been delivered. 8.
