Job Description JOB DESCRIPTION *Account data entry, documentation & filling

*To ensure all invoice or receipt have complete information and authorise by person-in-charge

*Assist in the promotion of core company activities such as HACCP, GMP and 5 ?S?.

*Checking CCTV loading record, any misconduct must reported to management for action taken

*To prepare daily & monthly report such as Ice Report, Daily Cash, Loading Report, Vehicle Expenses Report and etc.

*Answering phone courteously.

*Issue invoice to credit customer.

*Calculation of cash sales collection, lorry payment and etc.

*Issue and record company documents such as stock card, cash bill, delivery order, shell card and etc.

*Receive and check customer?s order.

*Update record and stock for plastic, string, container and etc.

*To make sure all needed information is provided in petrol receipt.

*Other related assignments provided by the immediate superior.

REQUIREMENTS

*Candidate must able to work independently with minimum supervision

*Positive working attitude

*Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/
