PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExecute the booking and pre-book volume with Customer appointed ocean linersResponsible to secure the vessel space and actively liaise with forwarding team, liner and customer to ensure shipments are booked as per requirement.Work closely with 3PL forwarding and warehouse team in managing container delivery issues with linersResponsible to follow up and check the invoices from ocean linersResponsible for on time release of shipping documentation to Customer.Responsible to prepare the manual shipping documentation (invoice/packing list/COO) to meet customer special requestResponsible for accurate logistics invoiceEnsure accurate pricing to customer invoicesLiaises with customer on the issue related to booking, shipment and documentationKey contract point with liners relate to all booking, shipment or forwarding issuesPerform other jo related duties as and when requested by SuperiorREQUIREMENTAt least SPM with 1 year experience in Warehousing & LogisticsComputer literateAble to communicate in basic English
